  1. People are undoubtedly the most important resource for an organization. Hence it is utmost important for an organization to keep its human resource up to date. So as it is critical for people to keep working on there self development/ evolvement…..

  2. I totally agree, companies shall always teach all mangers to “Hire Slow, Fire Fast” but from what I saw in the last few years, structure, processes play a big role too…
